Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund or exchange requests under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • The item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion.

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

  • Products returned after the 7-day window.


🔄 Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us with photos or a video of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
